Our Heritage and Journey

From the preface of the MCCLOSKEY family history book, “TIS US”:
“God sends each of us into the world helpless. From the very beginning, we depend on our family. By design, we’re given a family to care for us, protect us, and prepare us for the challenges that lie ahead.
It’s at home that we learn to walk, to talk, and to love. Through family life, we form the habits, emotions, and values that shape the people we’ll become.
Being part of a family also means being there for one another. Our first role may be as a dependent child, but that role is never small — and it only grows in meaning and importance as we do.”
The McCloskey family has been blessed with a closeness and genuine love that shines through to all who know us — friends and acquaintances alike. That love, faithfully nurtured through the years, is our greatest inheritance. As we remember those who have gone before us, especially my beloved wife, we honor them best by keeping that same love alive in how we live, care, and stay connected.
Welcome to our McCloskey Family website — a home for stories, memories, and the lasting bond that keeps our family strong.

Welcome—our family’s story is written in kindness, guided by respect, and lived with love. Here we gather memories, share strengths, and lift one another up.
